Investment criteria
Entrepreneurs who share our values
We look for entrepreneurs with a demonstrable entrepreneurial role who share our Christian values.
Ticket size
We focus our investment resources on established companies with an EBITDA starting at €2 million and a minimum investment of €4 million per participation.
Minority interest
We often take a minority interest of at least 30%, whereby the entrepreneur or management team continues to play a leading role in the company.
Sectors and headquarters
We prefer to invest in trade, services, and IT. Core activities of a company that take place in the Netherlands.
